Ondeh Ondeh Cheesecake in a Jar

A mixture of eastern and western in this little dessert jar.

Digestive crust as a base to this dessert, swirled with rich decadent pandan flavoured cream cheese mixture. Sprinkled gula melaka after the first initial swirl of cream cheese batter, dessicated coconut and a light drizzle of gula melaka sauce before layering it with more pandan cream cheese batter.

Best served chilled and can last in the fridge up to two weeks. But trust us, this jar won't last longer than a few hours and the contents will be in your tum tum.
